When returning or exchanging orders, please print, fill out, and return this form (Download Return/Exchange Form) along with the items for return/exchange.
ITEMS MARKED "FINAL SALE" ARE "FINAL" NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
RETURN POLICY
Please follow these instructions for returning items:
Some footwear may require a period of break in. Try and not wear your new footwear longer than 2 hours the first several days .
Items worn outdoors or damaged while in your possession cannot be returned.
- Footwear may be returned, provided that: it is unworn; in its original packaging; and in as new condition.
-You will have until 30 days of the receipt of your order to return your items. Holiday returns/exchanges will use
either the 30 days or 3 weeks from the December 25th Holiday which ever is greater.
-We are prohibited by law to accept returns on socks, shoe care, or worn shoes.
-All items returned are subject to inspection. Items returned incomplete,
damaged/used, or after 30 days will either be returned or subject to a
20% restocking fee at our discretion.
-We do not issue Return Authorization numbers, call tags, or shipping
labels so you do not need to call to obtain these numbers.
-Shipping the shoes back to us is your responsibility so we ask that
you ship them back via an insured carrier (i.e. UPS, US MAIL, FEDEX
etc.)
-Please be sure to ship the shoes back to us in the shipping box not
the shoebox. This prevents the box from being crushed and the shoes
being lost. Shoe boxes that are damaged by this method of return will
be assessed a restocking fee.
-Shipping is not refundable
-Returns must be accompanied with a copy, or gift version of the
original receipt.
-Items returned due to possible manufacturing defect will either be
replaced or repaired at our own discression; items returned to us that
are found to be damaged due to neglect/normal wear and tear will be
returned to the customer immediately. Please contact customer service
if you are in doubt.
-It is up to you to properly maintain and care for your purchase. Please
be sure to go to the Repair and Shoe Care section of the website
before and after your purchase to insure that you know how to protect your investment.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to exchange the item you ordered please fill out the items you
are returning and then fill out the one you would like to exchange them for.
Footwear may be exchanged, provided that: it is unworn; in it's original packaging; and in as new condition.
You will have 30 days of the receipt of your order to exchange your items.
We are prohibited by law to accept exchanges on socks, shoe care, or worn shoes.
All items returned are subject to inspection. Items that are found to
be in, not "as new condition", or missing any peripheral items
including attached tags or packing material are subject to return or a
20% restocking fee at our discretion.
If you need the shoes in a hurry you can place another order by phone,
fax, or online but you will be charged for shipping. Shipping is not
refundable. If you decide to place another order please make sure to
not fill out the exchange form but instead fill out the return form.
Doing this will prevent your order from being duplicated. It is
advisable that you fill out this form and send it with the shoes. It
usually takes about the same time and you avoid going through the
trouble of placing another order.
Credits get issued within 72 hours.
